This retreat is an invitation to re-envision how you might approach your life and work from a more deeply rooted, rested, and connected place. As climate change accelerates and unknowns abound, the world and our communities need leaders, collaborators, innovators and educators who can approach uncertainty with connection and wisdom, from a place of rested calm and clarity, from a place of ease and trust in life.  Join a small group on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica for deep rest, renewal, and re-envisioning.

Daily sessions will include guided meditation, yoga and body movement, earth and ocean connection, and reflections and spirit-centered activities that will support a clear path to re-envisioning your life and work in its most expansive, heart-centered, and purposeful form. Be guided in re-envisioning and shaping a life and work more grounded in how you want to show up in these uncertain times, and how you want to be. Learn new practices and skills to harness your creative potential and imagination and to tap into the earth’s wisdom and your own intuition.

We’ll intentionally move through our retreat days with a focus on wonder, embodiment, open hearts, creative exploration, and compassionate collaboration with one another.

This retreat will be great for you if you are in transition, wondering about next steps in life, or just needing some deep renewal in life or work.

Location:
The Goddess Garden Eco-Lodge.
Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica, near Cahuita.
Short walk to the ocean;  located on 14 acres in the tropical rain forest; large swimming pool and deck and a sloth friend who hangs out nearby; open air meeting spaces; Delicious healthy food—organic, locally grown, mostly vegetarian;  massage available on site

Sample retreat day schedule:

• Morning group meditation and movement

• Breakfast

• Morning group session or excursion (we’ll have 2 off site excursions. Depending on your desires this may include national park tour, snorkeling, chocolate tour, sloth sanctuary)

• Lunch

• Open time to rest and renew: 3 hours to nap, swim in the pool, go to the ocean, get a massage, journal,  etc.

• Sunset group session

• Dinner

• Reiki healing, other meditation/reflection, or free time

• Bedtime
