Reiki Healing Session- group

Reiki gently finds the source of physical and emotional symptoms and restores the body to wholeness.

Service Description

Together we will settle in, set intentions, do some gentle movement and then lie down on yoga mats to sink into delicious reiki energy. Heather will invite reiki energy into the space and will go around the group offering hands-on reiki to each participant. We will end with a tea ceremony in which you will be invited to share your experience or simply sit and drink tea made from local plants. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
