A sunset forest bathing walk and ritual to welcome the summer season

Join me for a refreshing forest bathing walk through a gorgeous forest of elder trees. On this gentle walk we'll touch into the magic and joy of the summer solstice, and we'll engage in simple ritual to greet and celebrate the summer season together.  

 

Tea, snacks, and communal joy included.
