Cancellation and Refund Policies:

The number of participants for all programs is limited and there may be a waiting list, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Additionally, Alderroot Healing & Renewal is a small service-based business that relies and thrives on participant engagement and commitment. For these reasons, the following cancellation policies apply:

For all classes, events, retreats, and forest therapy packages:

• If you cancel less than 45 days before the start of a program there is no refund

• Cancellations made more than 45 days before the start of a program will receive a 50% refund or a credit toward a future program.

For appointments:

• Specific appointment times for mentoring or other healing sessions are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full rate. If you are unexpectedly sick or have an unexpected emergency, we can work together to reschedule your appointment.

Alderroot Healing & Renewal reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change on offering due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or change, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future program (your choice).

Alderoot Healing & Renewal is a flexible and emergent business. Offerings and services may be added and adapted at any time.
