Why Attune?
The energy of the late spring season invites us to cultivate steady roots so that we can fruit and flower with more ease in the seasons to come. When we attune to seasonal earth-life, and cultivate more rootedness in Life, we can move through the increasing uncertainties, changes (and even the mayhem and upheaval of summer season) with more flow and trust.
This retreat will offer you an opportunity to center yourself and root into attunement with the land, so that you can enter the coming seasons with more joyful steadiness.
This easeful and inspiring evening retreat with a small group (max 6) will offer us space to touch into our hearts and to listen intentionally to the living land, to attune ourselves with the more-than-human world.
I will guide us in exploring:
-
What does it feel like to be attuned to the land in this season?
-
Where do we feel out of attunement and why?
-
How can we cultivate more steadiness and rootedness? What messages and support does the land offer?
At this outdoor garden retreat, we will enjoy:
-
grounding earth and body-based practices
-
land listening
-
insightful group and paired reflection
-
a simple plant-based dinner with produce from the garden
-
a two card tarot reading for each participant to enhance attunement beyond the retreat
The tone of this mini retreat will be gentle and fun, supporting meaningful connection with each other and the land as we attune to the energy of the late-spring season and cultivate our capacity to meet the increasing uncertainties and challenges of life with more steadiness and trust.
This is the 4th seasonal mini retreat that I have offered and these spaces are always very sweet. I invite you to make some heart space for yourself and join me for this very special and intimate gathering.

"I have felt more grounded in processing the complex emotions I am experiencing... Remarkably the equanimity has held since the retreat. To quote Nick Hagen: "What fulfills us is ancient: connection, purpose, time in nature, being in service."
