Who and what this retreat is for

Like so many of us, you are feeling the tangle of the times we're living through--the pain of loss, change, and uncertainty.  This might be showing up for you as a layoff, as health challenges, as loss of a loved one, or as midlife identity change. Or you might be noticing grief for our earth-kin during climate crisis, or deep uncertainty as our dominant systems of economy,  health-care, and democracy unravel.

In this time of tangle, you might feel the pull toward being with others who are also feeling it, and you might notice that you're yearning for more peace and steadiness too.

This retreat offers you space, outside of your daily responsibilities, where you can show up just as you are, in the messiness of the tangle, and feel seen, valued, and supported.

At this retreat we'll practice turning toward this tangle of loss, change, and uncertainty with more tenderness. We'll cry and laugh and explore practical ways to partner with our earth kin and to drop into our collective wisdom.  You'll leave this mini retreat feeling more connected to each other and grounded in earth-support. And you'll leave with eco-spiritual practices that you can continue to cultivate long after the retreat, so that you can meet the tangle with more inner tenderness and steadiness.

The pace of this retreat is slow and gentle, supporting meaningful connection as we feel into partnership with the land, the energy of the fall season, and our collective wisdom.
