Service Description

We are facing so much uncertainty and change in the world around us and in our own lives. It can feel overwhelming and so we often try to distract ourselves or create a sense of false positivity (it'll all be fine)....because uncertainty is uncomfortable! But what if we could learn to approach uncertainty and change with more groundedness, courage, and curiosity? What if we could learn from earth's wisdom, and create a sense of rooted trust in life?  What if we could cultivate more light-hearted curiosity and heart-centered courage, in order to meet uncertainty with less anxiety? In this workshop we will use a whole systems approach to learn to meet uncertainty with groundedness, courage and curiosity to bring more stability and ease into our lives and work.
