Service Description

Enjoy a mini-retreat that will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Forest therapy supports healing by offering the opportunity to radically slow down, rest, take a break from technology, and to grow your capacity for connection with earth, body, and spirit. The healing impacts of forest therapy increase over time and can help you to reduce anxiety, feel more joy, and add elements of playfulness, spaciousness, and deep connection to your life. This practice is a great complement to traditional therapy and to anyone on a healing journey who may be experiencing a life transition, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, or dis-ease. Forest therapy is also a great way to boost your sense of overall well-being and health. Sessions are 2- 2.5 hours each with tea ceremony and snacks.
