Align & Release Fall Mini Retreat

A small group retreat for seasonal alignment, spiritual nourishment, and practices for letting go

Autumn teaches us about letting go, about the simplicity and necessity of cycles of release and decomposition. The seasonal energy of late autumn supports us in letting go, and makes it easier for us to release, in alignment with the season. 

 

Letting go is necessary for cultivating new aliveness and new growth in the next seasons. Letting go also keeps us from getting weighed down and stuck, and clears space for going inward and slowing down during the winter months. 

 

As we align with the season, what do you want to let go? Where do you need to make space? 

 

You might need to let go of fears and worry for the future, anxiety, resentment, self-judgment, or self-doubt. You might want to let go of an obligation, a commitment, a habit, a project, or a conflict. You might want to let go of grasping, rushing, feeling like you're never enough. Whatever you need to release, you can learn practices for letting go that you can continue to implement throughout the season.

 

At this easeful mini retreat you are invited to gather in a small group to be guided in practices and ritual for letting go. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more aligned with the season and yourself.

 

Together we will:

  • Learn an active somatic practice for letting go

  • Learn several easy restorative yoga poses for release

  • Participate in an earth-based ritual for letting go

  • Enjoy tea and connection with others in sweet community


$45-75 sliding scale
