What Seeds are we Planting?

In this time of big cultural unraveling and change, we can easily feel overwhelmed and heart-broken---(and this is especially true for women in the midst of perimenopause and menopause, a time when our bodies and spirits grow more sensitive, when we feel increasingly sassy toward dominant power structures, and when we are exhausted from doing it all for everyone and more ready to center our own needs and visions).

This spring equinox we'll gather to welcome the new season and to invite and imagine the kind of spacious, tender, beautiful, and life-giving world we want. We'll explore: What seeds are we planting and nurturing in these times of change and upheaval? What wisdom does the earth offer, specifically in this season?

We'll honor the gentle return of spring with simple ritual, song, reflection, and guided relaxation & reiki to honor the seeds of change within us.

This event is gentle and spacious so that we can drop in and really notice and honor this seasonal change, and so that we can meaningfully connect to each other. We'll spend the first hour in simple ritual, with nourishing seasonal tea, connecting to each other and to the season with song and sensory attunement. During the second hour we'll honor our need to
not jump into spring too quickly, with gentle guided relaxation and reiki healing.  â€‹

Come to connect with others and with yourself. Honor the changing season through ritual & relationship and tend the seeds of change that are emerging.
