Fall Equinox Gathering

An equinox gathering for letting go, embracing uncertainty, and savoring beauty

Sunday September 21, 3:00-5:30pm

at Mary S. Young Park

with Dr. Heather Burns

On this new moon we will gather to welcome and honor the gifts of the fall season. As we enter this seasonal transition, we are invited to let go of what we are holding too tightly and to open to the possibilities of the unknown. We are invited to rest after the intensity of summer and to deepen our sense of trust and stability by connecting to the land.

At this gathering we will walk slowly in the forest, savoring the beauty of the season. I'll guide us with invitations that inspire us to look within, to let go, to rest, and to more fully feel and trust our connection to the living world as we face what is unknown.

We will have time to sit and rest by the river, to reflect and just be. And there will be time to share our experiences together over tea.

Come to enjoy this seasonal transition in all its beauty, to reflect and touch within, and to savor sweet connection with others.
