I offer seasonal rituals and celebrations that help us remember and honor the changing seasons. Together we can deepen our connection to the earth and each other, and find inspiration in the beauty and wisdom of the season. 
Fall Equinox 2024:
A garden gathering for groundedness

  • Engage in sensory invitations that ground and delight us
  • Relax deeply through nature-based meditative practice
  • Create anchors of groundedness that can carry us through the coming season (of elections, seasonal change, and other life changes).
  • Engage in a simple ritual to welcome the season
  • Share in abundance with tea and snacks
